Responsible for helping accelerate Revenue by 150%. Built the first Marketing & DTC team. Reset the Sales strategy, operations, and organization to manage the 300-dispensary network more effectively.

Led record-breaking Super Bowl Campaign that championed Dad Equality. It placed in the top 5, generated 40M views and 1.2B impressions in 24hrs - more than Pepsi and Doritio's, combined. And helped name P&G Ad Age’s ‘2019 Marketer of the Year’ and Pampers BrandZ’s ‘Brand with the Best Advertising’ by Consumers.

Designed, launched, and led the #1 Natural Baby Brand, Pampers Pure (>$100M Sales). Built Pampers 1st omni-channel strategy inclusive of big box retail (Walmart, Target, and Amazon) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). Digital marketing plan included OTT, YouTube, Organic and Paid Social Media, Celebrity, Influencer, SEO, and email.

Finance Manager
Led financial management for a >$1B P&G portfolio sold through Walmart. Portfolio included Always, Tampax, Vicks, Pampers, & Gillette (sales +3%, vol +4%, MROI +2%).
Partnered with P&G Corporate Forecast to manage the Global P&L Forecast consolidation on a monthly basis for the CFO.
